YC6000 Series Low Voltage VFD

The YC6000 is the upgraded successor to the proven YC-1610 low voltage VFD, retaining the same high-performance vector control technology and technical parameters while introducing enhanced protection functions. Featuring a dual LED display, a rich feature set for a wide variety of industrial scenarios, and an excellent compact structural design for superior heat dissipation, the YC6000 is powerful, space-saving, and built to last.

Key Features of The YC6000 Series Low Voltage VFD

🚀 Excellent Performance

Motor control is achieved through high-performance current vector control technology. With 0.5 Hz / 180% starting torque (SVC), a 1:100 speed regulation range, and ±0.5% speed stability accuracy, the YC6000 delivers exceptional responsiveness for demanding tasks.

🛡️ Enhanced Destructive-Test Protection

Building on the YC-1610 platform, the YC6000 adds strengthened protection functions including hardware overcurrent/overvoltage protection (Err22), power-on motor-to-ground short-circuit detection, input/output phase-loss protection, and overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, and overload protection — engineered to survive destructive test conditions.

⚡ Ride-Through Capability

Maintains inverter operation during momentary power outages by utilizing load feedback energy to compensate for voltage drops, ensuring process continuity and minimizing downtime.

⏱️ Integrated Timing Control

Includes a built-in timer control function, allowing for scheduled operations with a configurable time range from 0.0 to 3200.0 minutes, enabling simple automation without external controllers.

🔗 RS-485 Communication

Equipped with standard RS-485 communication bus support, allowing for seamless integration into larger control networks and SCADA systems using the Modbus protocol.

〰️ Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)

Automatically maintains a constant output voltage during grid voltage fluctuations, ensuring stable motor performance and protecting it from potential damage caused by an unstable power supply.
